Janeway Lesions and Osler's Nodes
Janeway Lesions and Osler Nodes are red erythematous or hemorrhagic lesions found on the hands and feet. Janeway Lesions are non-tender and found on the palms and soles, whereas Osler Nodes are tender.
Mechanism
The deposition of immune complexes causes inflammation, redness and swelling at these locations.
